She possesses an extensive background in Fortune 50 Corporate Strategy and Emerging Technology strategy, with a distinguished career spanning over two decades physically building and launching technologies before the rest of the market caught up. With a wealth of experience, Jacalyn has consistently led high-profile, large-scale, technology-enabled growth initiatives using "zero-to-one" innovation, and she has a history of driving early-stage adoption from ideation through implementation and commercialization.
As a Subject Matter Strategy expert in "Moonshot" technology integration, bridging the gap between complex R&D and market-ready clinical Physical & Agentic AI solutions, Jacalyn has served as a consulting partner for both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. In this capacity, she has contributed as the Commercial Product & Operational Strategist to several Company C-Suite executive teams and enterprise partners such as Roche, Merck, J&J, Dexcom, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and Humana.
Her expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of areas, including Deep Tech and Bio Innovations, In Silico Exchange outcomes, autonomous/agentic systems, bio-tech platforms, emerging digital trends, data insights, rapid-action prototyping, product/platform development. In addition to cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital transformation, gamification, big data, mobile application development, mobile glucose applications, medical devices, and wearables. She is distinguished for building scalable wet/dry innovation labs, deploying physical and agentic AI systems, transforming fragmented healthcare data into intelligent, automated ecosystems.
Throughout her extensive career, Jacalyn has been at the forefront of driving disruptive innovations in AI, Health tech, Medical Devices, Data Security, and health initiatives such as Bikeshare Programs in the US. Her contributions include spearheading advanced analytics and the application of Artificial Intelligence at scale in healthcare for a global customer, as well as leading Enterprise Agility and Change organizations.
From her early days as an IBM AS400 mainframe programmer to her recent role as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer for Momentivate Health Innovation Labs, Jacalyn has championed emerging technology product development labs, partnering with Fortune 500 companies, startups, and accelerators (such as XLerate Health) to help pioneer the latest digital innovations in the healthcare industry. Her leadership has extended to areas such as gaming for health, telemedicine, smart homes for seniors, medication adherence, and ambient technology used in exam rooms, reshaping the innovation experience for healthcare consumers while elevating the patient-doctor experience.
Before Momentivate Health Innovation Labs, Jacalyn served as a Corporate Innovation Executive leading Global Strategic Initiatives for an international consulting firm headquartered in the US Virgin Islands. In this role, she designed and spearheaded an AI start-up, contributing to the company's adaptation to a future dominated by mobile technology.
Jacalyn is truly an entrepreneur with the persistence, courage, and fortitude to make things happen. Her work within the Bike Share and Carbon Methodology space is nothing less than extraordinary and is most certainly paving the way to set THE Carbon Emissions measurement standard. Jacalyn's achievements have not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by her inclusion in Health and Wellness Innovation's "Women to Watch" list in 2011 and 2013. In 2015, she was recognized as one of the 50 Most Innovative Women in Healthcare Technology. In 2023, Jacalyn was invited to join "Chief," a private network for the most powerful women in executive leadership.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jacalyn considers her greatest blessings to be her twin sons, for whom she established a STEM Accelerated Learning Lab to foster their love of learning and STEM fields alongside their love for the arts. This has led them to pursue their degrees in Engineering Physics and Quantitative Biosciences and Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. To say she is proud would be an understatement.
Passionate about animal rescue, she shares her home with several beloved rescues, including a "mini" rescue pig weighing over 150 lbs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family in the mountains of Colorado, skiing/snowboarding, or boating when at the lake or in the US Virgin Islands, which she called home while working for a global consulting firm.
Raised in a US military family, with her father being a US Army Vietnam Veteran, and holding US Navy Veteran status herself, Jacalyn holds great respect for the Armed Forces and actively supports various Veteran causes. Jacalyn is also a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church.
As a true serial entrepreneur, Jacalyn has founded and operated several start-ups, including the upscale e-boutique Daddy's Money, LLC, which achieved global press recognition and was eventually acquired after receiving the Rising Star Award for Small Business & Female Entrepreneur in 2006. Jacalyn's multifaceted career showcases her dedication to innovation, leadership, and making a positive impact across diverse industries.
